Best mechanic shop i ever been to. Great service and the people in their are even greater. Literally saved my day. truck got stuck in four low i had tried everything i could (i live 2 hrs away from the area and had to get home that day) they got me back into to wheel and back home. Have to agree with Andrei, the negative reviews do not seem legitimate. Local shelby township business name for over 30 years and the great service still reflects through the generations. Nick is the man he was able to solve a suspension issue on my pickup three other places claimed could and failed, glad to not have to sell my vehicle! Would recommend 5 stars fair priced honest work.

The poor reviews are courtesy of the scam artists from the Nightingale's old shop. The Speed Zone Auto Lube photos ARE NOT NIGHTINGLE AUTO. They belong to the scam shop mentioned earlier, and they're just trying to steal the Nightingale Bro's business, which are the only honest mechanics I've ever dealt with. Nightingle's new shop is on West Star & Schoener, DO NOT BE FOOLED.

I cannot thank these guys enough for all the work they put into my car. I started out with an odd problem where my car would intermittently not start. I tried replacing the fuel pump relay since that's a common problem for my model. That helped, but did not fix the problem. It got to be where I thought the fuel pump itself was probably going so I searched around for a place to do the job. Not only were they the best price in comparison to other places I called, but they were very personable. They asked if I was stranded somewhere and offered to tow my car to their shop. When I dropped the car off, they offered to drive me to work/home. They replaced the fuel pump within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only problem with my poor car. We also had electrical problems (which I suspected was the root cause) and the fuse box needed to be replaced as well. This was done by the end of the day once I gave permission to replace that part as well. The car worked great for a few weeks, but then started showing signs of the same problem- not starting, ect. I called them up and they asked me to bring it back in and were willing to wait past 5 for me to get there since I was at work that day. Their diagnostic workup found a part that was starting to go- but that ended up not being the problem. In the end, it was a melted connector that was causing a chain effect. I would have never found this on my own and they were so patient in finding this complex problem. tldr: They were able to find and fix a complex electrical problem. They dedicated a lot of time to answering my questions, were very patient, and were very fair. They obviously cared very much about how not having a car influences a person's life and were extremely flexible.

It's hard to find good mechanics these days, but Nick and Nate Nightingale are exactly that. They are honest, prompt, and they keep in contact regarding your vehicle and any diagnostics that you might need to be aware of. My family owns a medical business and they have quite a few cars which we have been bringing to Nightingale's for the past five years, and we won't take them anywhere else.
